The typical day starts with a drive to the clinic seeing mostly non-emergent cases and a handful emergent cases on a daily basis. This is followed by doing elective operations and procedures with occasional encounter of trainees and medical students. During this time of the pandemic, safety measures are in place to protect both the patients and doctors in transmitting the virus. Uncomfortable protective clothing and equipments has been already a part of the daily routine as the new normal hence having some humor and fun while using it makes it tolerable.
